This is a course that offers tanning, a place for crying and warm fellowship. It is a course for those who are going to give birth and who want to have the knowledge to be able to support the body's ability to give birth. It is a course for you who are going to give birth and who want to feel confident that your support has the tools and ability to keep you safe, to keep direction.
It is also a course for you who will provide support during a childbirth, and understand that it is both a mandate you are given and a responsibility to take. You want to stand steady!
With inspiration from the “Feeding without fear” method, you will get concrete tools that will allow you to leave the course with more excitement and pep. You will feel that you can make more informed decisions and have more sense of what exactly you need to give birth safely and calmly.
